Ronald studied at Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ronald Diamond started his career in 1986 at Drexel Burnham Lambert. It was at Drexel Burnham where he honed his skills as an investor and became an Associate Director in 1988. After that Ronald found he had a real passion for managing money. In 1990 Bear Stearns offered him the position of Managing Director.
