Meet Natalie Dawson: The Woman Behind the Birth of Cardone Venture.

Natalie Workman married Brandon Dawson on October 10, 2021, after transitioning from best friend to boyfriend to fiancée, and ultimately became Mrs. Dawson. The couple are 25 years apart in age. In Year, 2024 Natalie turned 31, which makes Natalie was born on April 13, 1994. Natalie was born in Ohio and Brandon is originally from Oregon.

Natalie and Brandon Dawson first met when they were both quite young. At that time, Natalie was just 12 years old when her parents invited Brandon, who had recently moved into their neighborhood, to a Super Bowl party. Although they did not start dating at that time, this initial meeting laid the foundation for their future relationship. As they grew older, their paths crossed again, and they began dating, ultimately leading to a deep and committed partnership. Natalie has expressed that she felt from an early age that Brandon was meant to be her life partner, citing his motivation and support as significant influences in her life.

Originally, their wedding date was set for October 2020, but the COVID-19 outbreak forced them to postpone it. They had been together for seven years before getting married but had known each other for over 19 years.

“Her mom was my doctor and I’ve known her for many years,” he explains. “She lived in London for a while, and when she came back, I hired her to work in a dental management company I owned.”

From there the pair hit it off—and found they had a knack at working well together. The Couple lived in Vancouver, Washington, traveled often, and Later, moved to North Miami Beach, Florida, United States.

It was actually Natalie who first learned about Cardone and his 10X Approach to a successful business, and she encouraged Brandon to attend the conference. After attending the event for three days, they made it their mission to meet Grant and Elena Cardone to share with them the opportunity to create a new business.  

The 10X Approach was started by Cardone and says business owners should set targets that are 10X greater than what they believe they can achieve. Cardone believes that the biggest mistake people make is not setting high-enough goals and that this concept works because by setting very high goals, if business owners fall short, they still find themselves farther along than they would have with a lower goal.

In 2019, Natalie & Dawson got in line to meet Grant Cardone, an iconic global entrepreneur and business tycoon, at his 10X Growth Conference in Miami, Florida. Meeting Grant Cardone for the very first time they had only a minute to pitch their big idea and Cardone said yes. Natalie Co-Founded Cardone Ventures with Brandon Dawson and Grant Cardone. A management consulting, joint ventures, and private equity firm that helps business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their business.

Cardone Ventures launched in March of 2019 at the 10X Business Boot Camp and has had upward momentum ever since. Without outside investment, in just 3 years Cardone Ventures has generated $70 million in revenue and over 40 million in EBITDA. Not only has Cardone Ventures seen massive growth, but their clients and partners have too. With over $1 Billion in businesses under management, Natalie’s leadership has been key to increasing business revenue, employee production, effectiveness, and efficiency.
